Our activities will include some self-reflection, learning new vocabulary words associated with the skills and characteristics of being resilient and identifying examples in our personal lives and others. Toward the end of the week there will be an activity that will allow each student time to share their ideas and stories of displaying resilience with a partner.

- I hope you all had a wonderful “Spring Break”. Now that we are back we are going to get our focus together for a virtual music cafe. Instead of performing live, we will put together recordings and music videos and I’ll be providing you with the tools necessary to do that. But today is exploration day. Everyone should be thinking about what your new music cafe projects will be. I encourage you to collaborate with friends or even family. If you has a project you we’re working on and you have the necessary instruments to continue that project, please do. But you may need to make a few changes based on what you have at home. Either way, work with friends or family. Work alone. Work with me. Whatever you’d like but send me what you’d like to do for the virtual show. Keep in mind we will continue with class songs soon.
